Charity Car Show to Benefit Eighteen Month Old Boy

Horseshoe Lake, Roxbury, NJ.  On Father’s Day, June 21, 2020 the North Jersey Street Rod Association, celebrating their 52nd anniversary this year will host its annual charity Rod Run at Horseshoe Lake, Eyland Avenue in Succasunna. The event will be held from 8:00 AM to 3:PM. This year’s recipient is 18 month old Jonas Carvalho who is battling Wilms Tumor, which is a type of childhood cancer that starts in the kidneys.

Spectators and participants are requested to bring canned goods to support the Roxbury Township Food Pantry. Show car admission is $20.00 and spectator admission is $5.00. Children under 12 are free.

Activities will include valve cover racing for children, 50/50 and door prizes, gift card raffle, NSRA inspection, pin striping, auction at 12:00, and lots of beautiful cars and trucks to check out. Food and beverages are also available. Alcoholic beverages and pets are not permitted.

Venders are welcome and must have a NJ State Tax ID number. Entry fee for venders is $25.00. Venders should contact Randy Stacey at 973-361-3773 for more information.
