Linda Bosland’s 1931 Ford Model A Sedan

The Model A was built and painted by the late Jim Bosland. The work was started in 1975 in a friend’s garage. The body was found in 1977 in a Vermont field and the build was completed in 1983.

Some of its main features include:

  • Engine: 289 ci 1964 Ford engine
  • Front Suspension: 1973 Pinto front end
  • Rear End: 1977 Corvette
  • Interior: Master’s Upholstery, Newton, New Jersey

This car has been to Vermont in the snow, pulled a Hobie Cat catamaran to Cape Cod and drove on the boardwalk in Wildwood.

A RAPP trailer was added, (three kids and no trunk).
At one time, it had three child car seats in it all at once!
And it is still going strong!
